| "I'm not sure who has more fun
at our shows, the band or the audience." says singer Bob Culver. "The concerts
show us we can still do the tough songs well: people still want to hear
them and they really like the new songs." |

 |
| Bob Culver
- Bob was originally a singer drummer when he joined the band in 1970.
As a new front man he led Weekend up the charts in his first year singing
Everyday, a hit in the summer of 1971. Bob's unique voice is at the heart
of Weekend's sound. He contributed lyrics to many of the group's songs.
When Weekend retired in 1978, Bob said, "I'll never play with anyone else."
Welcome back, Bob. |
Ned Wood
- Ned originally played piano and organ and has added electronic keyboards,
acoustic guitar and even trumpet. Ned is the genius behind Weekend's trademark
harmony and arrangements. He sings and loves writing and recording songs
in his home studio. He adds, "Working with Weekend has always been the
best. I've been in good bands, but Weekend has all the right pieces to
make it all work." |

| Tom Ryan
-
Tom, Rick, and Ned began as Weekend Trip in 1969. Tom plays drums, sings
harmony, and writes lyrics. He works closely with bass player Rick providing
the solid beat that helps make Weekend's sound. Tom also helps with the
group's business aspects and promotions. He has sustained a rewarding thirty
year music career as a popular Buffalo area drummer. |
Rick Ryan
-
Rick's early contributions date back to his collaboration with Ned in the
song Everyday, written in 1970, featuring Rick's lyrics and Ned's music.
Rick's bass is at the bottom of the group's sound and his voice is at the
top of the distinctive harmonies. Rich has capped his fruitful career by
once again capturing the Top Bass Player honor in this year's Buffalo Music
Awards. |

 |
| Frank Grizanti - Frank is
the newest member, joining in 1998 to celebrate the groups 20th year reunion
at the Tralf in Buffalo, NY. He plays both electric and acoustic guitars,
sings, and writes songs. He also plays keyboards. Weekend welcomes Frank's
strong writing talent, strong voice, and fresh musical input. His contributions
helped make this project so enjoyable. |
